De vraag was of dit pand gesloopt moest worden of niet, maar aangezien er niet zo veel oude panden meer over zijn werd het gerenoveerd.
Als openings actie verwijderde een schoonmaakrobot de letters SL van het woord SLOPEN, daarmee was het pand officieel geopend.
